GENERAL FRENCH -
INTERMEDIATE & UPPER-INTERMEDIATE LEVELS

These courses are intended for those students who have completed Foundation and Elementary Levels, or who can hold a simple conversation on various aspects of their daily life.

Lessons focus on extending your vocabulary to enable you to discuss a wider range of topics in a more thorough and precise way, increasing your listening comprehension skills, and further developing your self- confidence and fluency. They include a variety of oral activities (such as role-plays, interviews, or group discussions), designed to encourage you to speak freely and confidently as well as carefully graded exercises to help develop both your grammar and writing skills.

The wide range of topics includes: education and work; leisure, holidays, and travel; describing location and surroundings; expressing feelings; interacting in social environments; discussing plans; giving opinions, agreeing and disagreeing;expressing satisfaction and dissatisfaction, and giving reasons; and discussing needs and obligations.

By the end of the courses, you will be able to communicate confidently in French for most situations that you will encounter in your daily life. You may also choose to sit the DELF examination - Levels A2 & B1
