Topics include: meeting people; countries and nationalities; work and home life; hobbies and sports; dates, special occasions, and birthdays; speaking on the phone; going places; asking for and giving directions; shopping and polite requests; going to a restaurant; food and drink; describing people and clothes; describing weather; going by plane or train; holidays; and talking about the past and the future.

By the end of the course, you will be able to communicate effectively in English in most social situations, as well as to talk about things which took place in the past and future plans. You may also choose to sit the Cambridge Key English Test (KET).
