Based on a carefully constructed language syllabus, this course covers the key functional areas of business interaction at Pre-Intermediate Level and is designed to enable you to relate the language you are learning to your own work experience. Special emphasis is placed on listening and speaking skills.
Topics include: introducing people; describing jobs and companies; telephoning; exchanging information; making reports; socialising; attending meetings; making arrangements; comparing products; company visits and business travel; describing trends; tackling problems; and writing everyday business correspondence.
